Izabela Mielniczuk is new Business Development Director at Nomad Electric

Izabela Mielniczuk has taken on the role of Business Development Director at Nomad Electric, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s business strategy in the EPC sector both in Poland and internationally. She succeeds Paweł Muszyński, who has been promoted to the position of Chief Commercial Officer and board member of both Nomad Electric and Nomad Electric Services.

With over a decade of experience in the energy, telecommunications, and FMCG industries, Mielniczuk in her new role at Nomad Electric will oversee business strategy for EPC in domestic and foreign markets, manage customer relationships, tender processes, and negotiations. The company’s EPC project portfolio includes over 400 MWp, while the O&M portfolio for large-scale PV power plants exceeds 1.4 GWp.

The company is executing EPC contracts in Portugal totaling 44 MWp and will soon commence construction of additional installations totaling 27 MWp. All projects will feature the proprietary SCADA system Nomad NX. Nomad Electric is also active in Romania and is considering expansion into markets such as Germany, Italy, and Spain. “Our growth strategy is based on three key pillars.
