Nomad Electric is an active participant in the energy transition. We believe that photovoltaic power plants will ensure a safer and sustainable future. We are implementing innovative solutions to make green energy from the sun widely available. When will it happen? The answer is: sooner than you expect.

Our team consists of engineers and specialists with knowledge and many years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry. We are dedicated, think outside the box, and provide the highest quality of services. We constantly improve our knowledge, look for new solutions and focus on innovation.
Our goal is to build relationships based on trust. We tackle challenges together and we know that our team does not know what „impossible” means. This approach influences how we organize our work and shows primarily in such aspects as timeliness and quality of implementation. Management Team
Pawel Czaus
Founder and President of the Management Board
Has nearly 20 years of experience as a manager, consultant and senior executive. He used to advise leading entities in the energy, finance, insurance and telecommunications sectors. He implemented projects in Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Germany, Latvia, Romania, and Portugal. In 2015, he started working on renewable energy projects. He was a co-founder and Member of the Management Board for Operations in Foton Technik (currently E.ON Foton). Previously, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group, Kinnevik/Tele2 Group, Rocket Internet/Westwing and Netia.
Pawel Muszynski
Chief Commercial Officer, Board Member
Is responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategies as well as development of new business lines, and the company’s operations on new international markets. Every day, he couples his engineering education with his long-lasting business experience. He has over 10 years of experience as a manager responsible for sales and supervision over the implementation of projects. Between 2014-2020, in APS Energia SA, he managed the sales department implementing projects for the supply of guaranteed power supply systems for customers from the power industry, oil and gas, as well as heavy industry.

The ISO standard
Nomad Electric has successfully passed the audit confirming the implementation of the Integrated Management System in the organization, based on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Environment (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018). This is a confirmation of the process-based approach to organizational management, which means that the company uses a system of processes, their interaction and management in its operations, taking into account the risks associated with them. The basis for enrolling in the certification process was the implementation of high technology tools and in-depth knowledge of business in everyday work.
Best Practices Mark
Nomad Electric is the holder of the Solar Monitoring Best Practices and Solar O&M Best Practices marks, which are awarded to companies that provide the highest quality PV services and operate according to the best practices established by SolarPower Europe.
Operations & Maintenance Service Partner of the Year Award
During the Huawei Digital Power Conference 2022, an event dedicated entirely to green technologies and energy, Huawei awarded the leading and most innovative partners in the field of energy transformation in Poland.
The award in the „Operations & Maintenance Service Partner of the Year” category went to Nomad Electric Services – for the professional service of thousands of Huawei devices on utility-scale solar parks, as well as continuous development and best practices in the dynamically changing O&M market.
Our standards
We combine technical expertise with modern IT solutions. We have digitalized the entire process of implementing the construction of photovoltaic farms – each stage of the work is mapped and monitored through an electronic platform. As a result, we are able to coordinate a large number of projects simultaneously and ensure high quality work.
